Care Guide
Keep soil slightly moist; allow the top 2 cm of soil to dry between waterings
Diluted balanced liquid feed every 2 weeks. Discontinue fertilization in autumn and winter when growth slows to avoid salt buildup in soil
Banana peel tea:Soak 2–3 chopped banana peels in 1 liter of water for 3 days; strain and dilute 1:20 with water before applying to soil to promote leaf health and variegation- Remove yellowing or damaged leaves at their base to maintain plant appearance and reduce disease risk
- Trim leggy stems in early spring to encourage bushier new growth
- Repot and trim overgrown, tangled roots in spring to refresh soil and prevent root binding
