Care Guide
Keep soil consistently slightly moist; allow the top 1 cm to dry between waterings
Diluted balanced liquid feed every 4 weeks. Avoid fertilizing during winter dormancy to prevent nutrient buildup in the soil
Banana peel compost tea:Compost banana peels for 2–3 weeks, steep in water for 24 hours, dilute 1:20 with water before applying as a root drench; discard solid peels to avoid pest attraction and odor- Trim leggy stems back to a healthy leaf node to encourage bushier, more compact growth
- Remove yellowing or damaged leaves promptly to maintain plant health and improve airflow
- Tie trailing stems to a moss pole or trellis if training the plant to climb
- Trim overgrown aerial roots if they become unsightly or tangled
