Eggshell powder topdressing:Crush dried eggshells into fine powder; sprinkle lightly on soil surface to slowly release calcium; avoid direct contact with stem base- Gently remove dead, discolored spines or dried flower remnants to maintain appearance
- Separate offset pups in spring for propagation; use sterile tools to avoid infection
- Trim damaged or rotting stem sections at the healthy green tissue; allow cut to callus before repotting
