Characteristics

  • Pseudobulbs: Small, ovoid, each bearing a single fleshy, lanceolate leaf;
  • Leaves: Leathery, green, 4 - 6 cm long, 1 - 1.5 cm wide;
  • Flowers: Solitary, greenish-yellow, petals narrow and reflexed, sepals slightly spreading, lip mobile;
  • Roots: Fine velamen-covered aerial roots for epiphytic anchorage.
