Characteristics

  • Leaves: Small, round, opposite, fleshy and coin-like, pale green to yellowish-green;
  • Stems: Slender, trailing, producing adventitious roots at the nodes;
  • Flowers: Tiny, urn-shaped, white to yellowish, appearing in clusters at the leaf axils.

Fertilization

Apply a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer diluted to quarter strength.. Epiphytes require very little fertilizer; avoid overfeeding.

Banana Peel Tea:Soak chopped banana peels in water for 24 hours. Strain and dilute 1:1 with water. Avoid using raw peels directly on the soil to prevent pests.
