Watering

Water thoroughly when the soil is dry to the touch, allowing excess to drain.

Fertilization

Apply a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer diluted to half strength.. Do not fertilize during the winter rest period or when the plant is in full bloom.

Banana Peel Tea:Soak chopped banana peels in water for 24 hours, strain, and dilute 1:1 with water. Apply to soil to support blooming. Discard solids in compost to avoid attracting fruit flies. Avoid high salt content.
Pruning
  • Deadheading: Snip off spent flower stems at their base to maintain a tidy appearance and redirect energy;
  • Pinching: Pinch back leggy stem tips after blooming to encourage bushier growth;
