Watering

Fertilization

Apply diluted low-nitrogen succulent fertilizer once monthly. Do not fertilize in autumn or winter when the plant is dormant

Eggshell powder topdressing:Crush dried eggshells into fine powder, sprinkle 1–2 tablespoons around the base of the rosette, and work lightly into the topsoil; avoid direct contact with leaves to prevent irritation
Pruning
  • Remove dead or yellowing leaves from the base of the rosette to maintain airflow
  • Trim spent flowering stalks at the base after blooms fade to redirect energy to the rosette
