Care Guide
Keep soil evenly moist but not waterlogged; avoid standing water in saucers
Diluted balanced liquid fertilizer every 4 weeks. Discontinue fertilization in autumn and winter when growth slows
Banana peel compost tea:Compost banana peels for 2–3 weeks, steep in water for 24 hours, dilute 1:20 with water for root drenching to support leaf health- Remove yellowing or damaged leaves at the base of the stem to improve airflow
- Trim overgrown branches in early spring to maintain desired height and shape
- Prune just above a leaf node to encourage branching and a fuller canopy
- Remove suckers growing from the base of the trunk to direct energy to the main plant
