Care Guide
Keep soil evenly moist but not waterlogged; mist leaves occasionally to boost humidity in dry conditions
Diluted balanced liquid fertilizer every 2 weeks. Cease fertilization in winter when the plant enters a period of dormancy
Banana peel compost tea:Soak fully composted banana peels in water for 24 hours, dilute the tea 1:20 with water for root drenching; avoid using raw peels to prevent pest infestations and odor- Trim overgrown branches in early spring to maintain desired shape and promote dense foliage growth
- Remove yellowing or damaged leaves regularly to improve airflow and reduce pest risk
- Prune circling roots during repotting every 2–3 years to prevent root binding
